Role: Bid Coordinator
Location: Remote (ad hoc travel to the office)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000p/a
The Company
A well-established company is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is available on a remote/hybrid working basis, you’ll be likely to go in the office on an ad hoc basis.
The Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be assisting the Senior Business Development Manager in monitoring tender portals and maintaining the pipeline of upcoming tenders. Also, you’ll organise kick-off meetings with stakeholders whilst creating and managing bid schedules ensuring stability throughout the process.
Required Skills / Experience
* IT Literate.
* Previous experience with bid management software.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Previous bid management/coordination experience or similar.
