We’re now seeking a Building Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our buildings and facilities, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose. This is a key leadership role within our Commercial and Building Services team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations and responsible for facilities, maintenance, cleaning, reception, and health & safety.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our physical spaces to support our strategic goals; ensuring they are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for all students, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the delivery of building maintenance, cleaning, reception, and security services.
2. Managing health and safety policy, compliance, and risk mitigation across RHSU operations.
