As the technical design lead for the property directorate, you will be required to demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, taking a pivotal role in defining the specifications for our new build schemes and crafting highly detailed Employers Requirements. You will rigorously analyse and integrate specialist feedback from the Heads of Repairs & Compliance, ensuring all recommendations are technically robust before seeking final approval from the appropriate Head of Service within the Property Directorate.
