About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a strong interest in employment law to work on a varied and engaging caseload, advising both individuals and businesses on a wide range of employment matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Advising clients on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and workplace disputes.
* Drafting legal documentation including contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and tribunal documents.
* Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings where required.
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law (PQE level flexible depending on role).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal procedures.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
* Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
