Legal AdministratorGlasgowSalary up to £28,000 p/a +Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for a new opportunity?Do you have experience supporting a busy, Private Client team?Are you eager to join a leading, growing firm in Glasgow City Centre?We are eager to speak to experienced legal administrators with private client experience, who are looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow. Ideally, you will be comfortable assisting a busy, tight-knit team with a variety of administrative tasks daily. You will also provide diary management, client support and reception cover when required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and respected firm, throughout a time of growth.This is a full-time, permanent role. Working core business hours MondayFriday. Due to the nature of this role, the position will be fully office based.
The salary for this role is up to £28,000 p/a + depending on experience.Are you who we are looking for?You are a legal administrator, with experience working within a private client teamYou have call handling experience, and can provide excellent service to all clientsYou are proficient in the use of a variety of systems daily, including Microsoft Packages, digital dictation, and internal case management systemsYou are a confident communicator both written and orallyYou have strong attention to detail, and can work toward set targets and deadlinesYou enjoy working individually, and within a wider team environmentYou can prioritise your workload daily, and multitaskYou are a proactive individualWhat is the day to day like?Managing inbound calls, taking messages, and handing any enquiries in a professional mannerSetting up appointments, managing team diaries dailyCoordinating and managing work to support the wider team of solicitors and paralegals dailyOpening new files daily, completing any AML checksLodging and uplifting wills, registering powers of attorney, and preparing fee notesEnsuring all forms are complete, liaising with clients when requiredAssisting with the receipt of new instructions and referrals across the teamMaintaining and updating client files daily, keeping all data precise and correctOrganising mail for signature, collecting and allocating mail to appointed staff within the department, ensuring mail leaves when scheduledCompleting any dictation when required for the wider team, as well as utilising a variety of systemsInterested?
