Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our healthcare recruitment and domiciliary care agency. The primary focus of this role is to attract and secure new private clients and businesses that require high-quality care and staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B and B2C marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract private clients for domiciliary care services and business clients for healthcare staffing solutions.
* Promote the agency's services to care homes, hospitals, supported living providers, and private households requiring care.
* Build strong networks with local authorities, community groups, and healthcare professionals to generate client referrals.
* Manage digital campaigns, including website content, social media, Google Ads, and email marketing, focused on client acquisition.
* Create professional marketing materials (brochures, proposals, presentations) tailored to client needs.
* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within the healthcare and social care sector.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring high levels of trust and professionalism.
* Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance, providing insights to guide future campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or marketing within healthcare, recruitment, or service-based industries.
* Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in lead generation and campaign management.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with private families and business decision-makers.
* Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
