As a nationwide business, we have a number of fulfilling roles and we're often looking to expand our teams as we continue to grow.
We currently have a vacancy for a Fleet Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with an immediate start. Reporting in to the Fleet Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting with managing vehicle rentals and asset co-ordination.
This role will be based full time in our Torquay office but there may be some potential for an element of Hybrid working for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* PMI’s / Compliance for all HGV fleet (Administration)
* Notifies all depots of all servicing / MOT’s / Loler inspections of all HGV fleet weekly.
* Process’s all paperwork regarding PMIs on fleet share point.
* Can update vehicle movements on company O license.
* Invoicing for all HGV fleet
* Liasing with suppliers such as Holman’s and Enterprise.
* Updates fleet sharepoint regarding any MOT failures
* Supports the team in other admin tasks.
* Looks after company car policy and those employees who have a car allowance.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience within the vehicle hire industry or from a fleet background is preferred
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Able to work to tight deadlines.
* Good customer service skills.
* Competent and experienced in use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
