We are pleased to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Filton HR team. We are a supportive and collaborative team, with diverse customers, coming together for events, knowledge sharing, co-development, and fun.
You will partner with, listen to, and advise your business area as an HR consultant. You will ensure HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently, in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.
Responsibilities
Become a true partner to the business and advise managers in their management roles in line with HR strategy.
Work with managers and employees to drive the human aspect of change and champion Airbus values.
Establish two-way information flow with the business and Centers of Expertise, ensuring management awareness of HR policies and providing input on business needs.
Provide managers with HR tools and practices for managing HR-related processes.
Support and challenge managers on resource planning, mobility, recruitment, and staffing plans.
Advise and coach managers and employees on career development, and support people development, remuneration, and talent management processes.
Ensure effective employee relations solutions within existing policies and practices.
Skill Set
