Main Duties:
Overseeing and driving a busy fast paced brunch and coffee spot with proven procedures in place, working closely with your Head Chef and Operation Manager.

* Own daily operations: inventory, scheduling, quality control & performance

What we are looking for:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, organised and reliable.
* 3 years proven leadership experience in hospitality management
* A love and knowledge of coffee.Strong attention to detail
* The ability to thrive under pressureespecially during peak hours
* A hands‑on attitude with a lead by example mindset/passion
