We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC TURNER with PROGRAMMING experience to join the team of a Coleshill based engineering company. You will be manufacturing one off and small batch precision turned metal components for a varied and long standing customer base. The starting salary will depend largely on experience but it is anticipated that it will be in the region of £40-50k although we stress this is flexible. As a CNC TURNER within this business you will be involved in: * Set up and running of cnc lathes & machining centres * Off line programming from scratch * Modifying existing programs * Interpret engineering drawings * Ensure the safe & efficient running of machinery * Produce small & medium sized batches of precision metal components To be the successful CNC TURNER you should have the following key skills & experience: * CNC turning of metal components * Machining centre experience advantageous * Off line programming – experience of one-cnc would be useful * Fanuc & Haas controls * Well rounded general machining & engineering skills * Batch manufacture of components * Working to engineering drawings & fine tolerances This CNC TURNER requirement will ideally suit an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter with a desire to work within a friendly team environment with the opportunity for considerable personal development should they so wish.
