Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Girvan, for a Business Excellence Lead. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by analyzing and optimizing existing business processes. You will implement efficiency-focused strategies, support change management, monitor key performance indicators, and standardize best practices while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaboration and cross-functional leadership will be integral components of your daily responsibilities, along with coaching teams to achieve excellence in operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement the overall Business Excellence strategy, aligning it with business goals, and creating roadmaps for change.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and automation to remove waste and improve efficiency.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyse operational/financial data, and report on performance to senior leadership.
Leadership & Culture: Coach teams, mentor staff, and champion a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, tech, operations, and other teams to identify opportunities and execute changes.
Change Management: Guide complex organizational changes, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in leading large-scale change and improvement projects.
* Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
