Apt is seeking Architects to join its growing team in Clerkenwell, London.
The role:
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented Architects who are passionate about working in a dynamic environment. We are looking for organised, detail-orientated, exceptional candidates to be a key participant of a project team. The successful candidates must have a strong creative drive, ability to develop design proposals, experience in detail drawing packages, design coordination, knowledge of UK building regulations, and the ability to maintain design quality throughout the design process.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience of working on complex projects
* A background that demonstrates excellent design and technical skills
* Experience of being part of project team and making a notable contribution across the full range of work stages
* Interpret the design direction and deliver to the highest standards
* Confidence in presenting to consultants and senior colleagues as part of internal reviews
* Have an excellent technical knowledge including UK Building Regulations, construction materials and detailing
* Experience in contributing to, reviewing and understanding detailed specifications
* Be proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent verbal and sketch communication skills
* Ambitions to develop their career in the industry and contribute to the success and growth of the studio

The position is full-time (40 hours per week), and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. The salary is between £40,000 and £50,000 and remuneration is dependent upon experience. For this role we are open to discussing an element of remote working, flexible start and finish times, or compressed hours.
