Location: Corby, Northants with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Role Type: Permanent, full time What will I be doing? As Senior PR & Communications Manager, you’ll lead how we tell our story. From national press to field campaigns, internal updates to product launches, you’ll make sure everything we say builds trust, reflects our values and ultimately, drives commercial results. You’ll work across a growing brand portfolio, lead a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the future of how we show up in the world. This role will offer you a brilliant blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, across a mix of PR, Media, Customer and Consumer comms that support achieving Customer acquisition goals. You’ll have the autonomy to grow the role and the team, with support from a collaborative leadership group who value creativity, clarity and purpose in their comms. Lead all media and influencer relations, making sure CNF brands are seen, heard and trusted in the right places, from national press to wellbeing podcasts and business pages. Develop and drive thought leadership for the business and our brands, securing expert commentary, industry presence, and moments that build credibility with consumers, media and peers Lead and develop our PR & Comms team, giving them space to thrive, stretch and succeed, while setting the standards and support to deliver brilliant work Manage the PR & Comms budget and planning cycle, ensuring we invest in the right places and can prove the value of what we do, delivering commercial value through strategic delivery Own and maintain our crisis comms approach, with strong, clear protocols and trusted senior support when we need to act fast and communicate well Support our employee stakeholder communications (led by the Comms Manager), ensuring our culture, values and ambitions are felt and understood across the business Am I the right person for this job? This is both a strategic and operational delivery-based leadership role where you’ll be confident in creating strategic plans and also find yourself at home in rolling your sleeves up to get stuck in with their delivery. You’ll bring a wealth of commercially focused PR & Communications experience from a consumer/customer facing environment, with in-depth knowledge of media relations, influencer/thought leadership strategy, agency management, budget control and developing high performing teams. You’ll have writing skills that you’d happily shout about from the roof tops, along with backing them up with top class editing ability. Bringing an inspired yet driven approach, you’re capable of building networks and relationships, internally and externally, that can educate and influence and provide a voice of reason. Having a flexible approach will also be key to enable you to manage and support events, campaigns and associated PR activity across the UK.
