We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy and growing company based in the Forest of Dean area. Paying £14.25ph+ holiday pay, this is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stability, regular hours Monday to Friday, and a great working environment. Days will often start onsite at around 06:00- 07:00 and finishing between 16:30-17:00 offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient driving of HGV Class 2 tipper truck
* Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
* Loading and unloading materials safely
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Keeping delivery paperwork accurate and up to date
* Communicating clearly with the transport office and site staff
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
* CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Minimum 6 months of tipper driving experience
* A good knowledge of road safety and vehicle compliance
* Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
* Punctual and dependable
