Lovett Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle across all our care homes, including advertising, candidate screening, and conducting background checks. The position is travel-based, requiring a full driving license and own vehicle. We offer a full-time contract with an excellent salary of £28,250 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700, with flexibility. Our care homes are located in Chester, Greater Manchester, Lytham St Annes, Stockport, Merseyside, Nottingham, Leeds, North Wales, and Carlisle.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Writing and posting job adverts on various platforms
2. Contacting candidates and arranging interviews
3. Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates
4. Coordinating interviews across the homes
5. Issuing offer letters and onboarding documents
6. Conducting background checks and references
7. Liaising with staff regarding recruitment needs
8. Visiting homes as needed to support recruitment efforts
9. Managing workload within deadlines
10. Utilizing own initiative and time management skills
11. Maintaining positive relationships within the team


Skills and Experience Required:

* Essential: Administration skills, recruitment experience, full clean driving license
* Desirable: Interviewing skills, HR databases familiarity, ability to work flexible hours
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
