The Hand and Heart has a new landlord, and we're shaking things up A new menu, new standards, and a brand-new team are all incoming to give this unique building the fresh start it deserves. We're now looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join us and be part of this exciting new chapter.
Hours & Pay
* 4–5 days per week
* Guaranteed Mondays and Tuesdays off
* Kitchen open 12pm – 8pm
* Weekly pay + tips

Responsibilities
* Confidently run a section and support the team during service
* Cook and present dishes to a consistent high standard
* Support the launch of new menus and contribute your own ideas
* Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness
* Full knowledge and compliance with allergen procedures
About you
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* Able to run a service confidently
* Minimum Level 1 Food Hygiene (Level 2 preferred)
* Fully clued up on allergens and allergen procedures
* Passionate about fresh, quality food and keen to learn
* Ideas-driven with a positive team attitude
* Flexible to work evenings and weekends
* Able to reliably travel to the site – please note no on-site parking available (public transport or nearby parking required)
