Responsibilities
* Work closely with patients, families and carers to ensure a positive and supportive experience, as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
* Support patients in developing independence and daily living skills, including personal hygiene, diet and fluids and participation in social activities as outlined in their Care Plan.
* Assist and support qualified staff, carrying out assigned tasks as directed, including housekeeping duties where required, without supervision.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills – engage, persuade and negotiate with clients with complex or challenging needs to secure the most appropriate care and support.
Working Hours
Flexible full‑time shifts, including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK at the time of application.
* No requirement for skilled worker visa sponsorship at the present time.
Benefits & Salary
An induction programme of up to 6 months will be provided – you’ll receive an initial salary of £25,272 and, upon completion, a salary of £25,760.
