You will be working for a rapidly growing business in the Southampton area in which you will be joining their experienced finance team.
Your new role
1. Processing payment requests to ensure a swift and accurate service to our business and key suppliers
2. Record payments in the financial records and post other financial transactions as required by the role
3. Liaise with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely recording and reconciliations
4. Preparation of statements for review and approval by senior finance members
5. Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including posting any journals
6. Support the Senior Finance Members in the management of unallocated cash, ensuring all cash is allocated in a timely and accurate basis
7. Work with colleagues to identify, support and implement system/process improvements
8. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
9. Full right-to-work in the UK, with prior experience working within a UK finance team
10. Experience working in a similar role
11. Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
12. Excellent Written and Verbalmunication and interpersonal skills
