Job Overview
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced mechanical engineer to be based at a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art, global research and development centre in Cambridge.
Responsibilities
* Reactive and PPM maintenance on mechanical systems across the site.
* Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems.
* Ensuring sites are maintained in line with the contract agreement.
* Liaising closely with the client and helpdesk to feedback and report on work.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with heating systems, air handling systems, motors, pumps, HVAC.
Experience of working in a high‑end client environment in which he/she has regular face‑to‑face engagement with building managers will be an advantage.
Record keeping and filing of works records would also be a pre‑requisite.
Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 – Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering (essential)
* F Gas (desirable)
Package
* Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 (depending on skills & experience)
* Holidays: 28 days holiday
