Salesforce Specialist (FTC – 9 Months)

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with one of the world’s leading beverage companies during a major digital transformation.
We’re looking for a Sales Tools & Enablement Analyst to support the rollout of a new Sales Force Automation (SFA) system as part of a major project.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Operations team through the transition to new tools and systems
* Act as the UK super user for the new Sales Force Automation platform
* Manage and validate master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Coordinate data from key sources (wholesalers, pricing, RTM models)
* Administer and troubleshoot system issues and escalate when needed
* Facilitate user testing, gather feedback, and help improve user experience
* Communicate effectively with UK Sales, Global Teams, Tech (GTS), and vendors
* Help define and maintain governance processes and system controls
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Enablement, or Systems Support
* Strong data literacy and advanced Excel skills
* Tech-savvy with experience with Salesforce or SFA tools and ability to pick up systems easily
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
* Experience working with cross-functional and global teams is a plus
