Lead Gas Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team. Responsibilities include:
* Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance
* Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety
* Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs
* Engineer auditing where required
* Engineer coaching where required
* Investigation reporting where required
* Lead by example through excellent personal engineer performance
* Providing technical support for engineers when required
* Carry out tasks as set to you by Area Manager
* Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors
Qualifications
* Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
* Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service
* The ability to work with a diverse customer base
