Reporting to the site Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll have the supervision and support needed to excel in this role. You'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, below is just an example of what you can expect: - Analysing a large volume of accounts day-to-day - Weekly and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts - Combine data from different sources to produce company weekly margin reports to be presented to internal stakeholders - Post journals including monthly accruals and prepayments into the accounting software - Calculate rebates for large variety of clients - Involvement in the preparation of monthly management accounts for review - Answer queries from internal stakeholders - Run monthly P&L for review ensuring efficient cost tracking - Strive to be constantly improving both personally and from a process perspective - Liaise with internal teams (such as Payroll, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control) to solve queries and always provide accuracy of accounts The ideal candidate will have the following: - Studying CIMA/ACCA - Experience in preparing Month - end accounts - Strong Excel skills - Be driven, self-motivated with a focused attitude to working tasks
