Their technology helps clients streamline trade sales, process complex orders quickly, and drive profitability - whether online, on the road, or at exhibitions. They're now looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a key role focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and intelligent prospecting. You'll be a natural hunter - identifying, qualifying, and progressing new leads while maintaining an active and organised pipeline. What you'll do: Generate, qualify, and nurture new business leads through outbound activity and database research Manage your pipeline within the CRM (Workbooks), ensuring accurate tracking of all activity Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the product range Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and present tailored software solutions Deliver product demos and presentations (virtually and in-person) Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to support lead generation campaigns Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What we're looking for: Previous sales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred, but training provided) Confident, proactive and driven with a hunger to win new business Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner Organised and able to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively Experience using CRM systems (ideally Workbooks) and sales enablement tools Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events What's on offer: £30,000 starting salary uncapped commission 20 days holiday bank holidays Additional 3 discretionary days off between Christmas and New Year Flexible working environment with remote options Ongoing training, support, and development opportunities Range of company benefits and regular team activities This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson who wants to join a growing software business and play a key role in driving new business growth.
