What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Arranging and conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
* Generating new business opportunities
* Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
* Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* High level of customer service and attention to detail
* Ambitious, driven and target-oriented
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
