Join Sapphire: Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
Passionate about cybersecurity? As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Sapphire, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and clients. Work with teams to deliver impactful cyber guidance and secure solutions for both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design: Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI
* Customer Engagement: ️ Lead tech discussions in client meetings, webinars, & events
* Solution Presentation: Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over
* Account Development: Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities
* Product Development: Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities
* Knowledge Sharing: Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars
Skills & Experience:
* ️ Experience in information security for large organisations
* Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security
* CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications
