Responsibilities
* Perform all aspects of wall and floor tiling, including surface preparation, cutting, and fitting tiles to a high standard.
* Refurbish void properties, ensuring bathrooms and kitchens are tiled to perfection before new tenants move in.
* Ensure all work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations and company quality standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in tiling, ideally within the social housing sector.
* Must have your own tools and a reliable van.
* Time served or any relevant qualifications.
Benefits
* Weekly pay (CIS payments available).
* Potential for full-time employment if desired.
* £23 per hour.

Based in Welwyn Garden, the role is easily accessible from surrounding areas thanks to its proximity to major roads such as the A1, A414, and A505. The Great Northern railway line serves the town, providing excellent rail links to neighbouring towns and cities.
