Job Title: Health Care Assistant - General Interest
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their conditionand collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care- assisting with bathing/showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements
* General observations and updating patient recordsProviding support and encouragement to patients
* Manual handling- using hoists/slide sheets
Requirements
* 12 Months recent paid, Health Care Assistant experience completed at ward level within an NHS/HSC hospital setting.
* SSSC registered.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
