Research & insights are at the centre of decision making This Customer Marketing Manger r ole is ideal for forward thinking individual, who has experience of marketing to new and existing customers Role is split between the office in Windsor (2 days) and home (3 days) The role: The successful Customer Marketing Manager will support National Account managers to develop bespoke customer marketing planning and activity to drive growth and build relationships. The Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute sector marketing strategies to win, grow and retail business this will be across all channels including digital. As Customer Marketing Manager you will use insights to develop propositions that demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer. You will create a rolling marketing plan that incorporates on and offline activity The Customer Marketing Manager will be a sector expert and be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector Ideal candidate: You will have experience of leading and developing a customer marketing strategy gained from FMCG, hospitality or foodservice The Customer Marketing Manager will have excellent insight skills with the ability to use the full marketing mix to deliver objectives In addition, you will have excellent copy writing and digital skills Having fantastic relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
