We are recruiting Community Health care Assistants to join our team on a full time basis.
We have a mix of Early 07.00 - 14.00 and Late 16.00 - 22.00 shifts and you will do a mix of both in this role.

You will be covering Bridgwater, Highbridge and surrounding villages so access to own car is essential.

As a Community Health Care Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care, medication administration, light meal preparation, light domestic tasks around the house, companionship etc
* The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively
* Communication with customers
* Passion about your job, with a person-centred approach to care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation
* Flexibility and adaptability - available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends
* Resilient, calm and able to adhere to agreed process in challenging situations
* Be able to travel to various locations in Bridgwater and surrounding areas
* You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle in order to be considered for this role. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance
* Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided

Requirements
