Are you an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Our client, a leader in pumping equipment solutions with over 60 years of industry experience, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team based around the Madeley Heath area.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a Mechanical Engineer, sharing a van and working as a dynamic duo to provide electrical servicing, installation, and commissioning of various pumping equipment. Covering the Staffordshire & Cheshire areas, you'll respond to breakdowns promptly, ensuring the company's call-out policy is upheld and maintaining meticulous site reports.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What Youll Be Doing
* Perform electrical servicing, installations, and commissioning tasks for a variety of pumping equipment
* Promptly address breakdowns around the M25 Corridor (South London area)
* Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate overnight stays if necessary
* Uphold the company's call-out policy to ensure timely response to service requests
* Compile comprehensive site reports to document work progress and findings
* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
* Serve as a positive representative for the company, advocating for its products and services
* Keep the company vehicle equipped with necessary tools and supplies at all times
* Safely operate the company van for transportation to and from job sites
* Manage petty cash and process credit card payments as needed
Hours
Monday-Friday, Day Shifts, 40 hours per week (need to be flexible)
Pay
£30k - £45k per annum (depending on experience)
Overtime paid at time 1/3 & time 1/2
Skills/Experience Required
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Must have 17th or 18th edition qualification
* Single and Three phase experience
* Must have electrical qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of pumping equipment would be beneficial
* A valid UK driving licence is essential
* Must be flexible to stay away from home if required
* CSCS, First Aid or Confined space training would be beneficial
