Creative Support is a fast-growing not-for-profit organization delivering person-centered care across the UK. This role is based at their Head Office near Stockport Town Centre, easily accessible by public transport.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support the recruitment and onboarding of new hires—primarily Support Workers—across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll manage pre-employment checks, liaise with candidates and managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer recruitment processes and compliance checks
* Manage caseloads of new starters and confirm start dates
* Conduct DBS checks, reference verification, and health declarations
* Communicate with candidates, managers, and HR teams
* Participate in occasional weekend rota cover (1 shift every 8–12 weeks)

* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Able to meet tight deadlines with a proactive attitude
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
