The Role
As a Music Teacher, you will:
1. Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
2. Deliver engaging lessons combining practical performance and music theory
3. Encourage students to take part in music both in and outside the classroom
4. Lead and support extracurricular activities such as choirs, bands, and ensembles
5. Contribute to concerts, productions, and wider school events as a Music Teacher
The successful Music Teacher will have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Music
8. The ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities
9. Experience delivering practical, performance-led Music lessons
10. A commitment to enriching school life through extracurricular music
