As a CRM Data and Insight Manager based in Warwick, youll be responsible for:
* Leading data strategy and management across Wolseleys data lake ODS and Salesforce platforms, ensuring insights are leveraged to support CRM campaigns.
* Developing and maintaining customer data models, including segmentation and RFV/churn analysis, in partnership with internal teams and external data specialists.
* Overseeing analytical outputs, building models and dashboards that support CRM performance and wider business reporting.
* Coordinating cross-functional collaboration, working closely with CRM, IT, and data teams to align on roadmap, reporting, and platform enhancements.

* Strong leadership and a results-driven mindset, with experience managing teams and juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to analyse large datasets and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Ampscript) and data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
* A sharp eye for detail and a natural problem-solver, always eager to learn, adapt, and improve processes in a data-led environment.
