A bit about the job
You'll join the Global Cyber Change team, delivering projects that safeguard Aviva's customers, employees and data. The role includes managing third-party suppliers, applying delivery frameworks and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes. Focusing on delivering smart, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards. You'll support service and release management processes while driving continuous improvement across our cyber initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers as you shape the future of cyber resilience at Aviva.
Skills and experience we're looking for
* Proven ability to lead complex programmes or projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and governance reporting.
* Comfortable working with suppliers and virtual teams.

* Starting salary between c. £85,000 and c. £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
