Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable
New Homes Consultant
to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in representing new residential developments, building relationships with buyers, and driving sales from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers interested in new home developments.
* Deliver engaging property presentations, including virtual and in-person tours.
* Guide clients through the buying process, from initial enquiry and reservations to contract exchange and completion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
* Keep up-to-date with local market trends, new home developments, and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, and sales progress using CRM systems.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property consultancy preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong customer service ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
