We have an exciting opportunity for a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to join a highly regarded team in Manchester led by a nationally recognised expert in the field of serious injury law. You will gain hands on experience handling complex and life changing cases involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and polytrauma.
As a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal, you will:
* Support senior team members with a varied caseload of catastrophic injury claims.
* Draft witness statements and prepare key court documents.
* Attend conferences with counsel and experts, taking comprehensive notes.
* Research case law and legal precedents.
* Liaise directly with clients, offering professional and empathetic support.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in personal injury law, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
* Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to managing tasks with a high level of accuracy and care.
