Sales Development Representative
Location: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £14-16 per hour
Type: Full-time, Temporary initially for 4 weeks, but may be extended
Hours : 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (3 days in the office, 2 days at home, equipment provided)
💼 About The Client
We're currently working on behalf of our Milton Keynes based company, who are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.
🎯 What You'll Do
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Your mission: spark interest, build relationships, and set the stage for successful sales.
Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting calls and selling add-on programmes to their existing programmes
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on key metrics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge🙌 What We're Looking For
2+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
