What You Will Do You will work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team, working within all areas, which includes the salad/sandwich area, assisting in all aspects of food preparation, delivery, service, wash-up cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions, Ensure correct Record Keeping, including HACCP Records, are collated, filed and maintained. Invoicing of hospitality and collating monthly financial auditing of figures, cross-charges, liaising with other internal, external departments and organisations. Printing off all hospitality labelling for staff dining rooms, Visitors and functions including diet labels for patients.
