The Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy and fast-paced responsive repairs team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a variety of maintenance tasks.
Youll be working across residential properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance tasks
* Deliver high-quality work across multiple trades, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible
* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
* Participate in an out-of-hours rota (including weekends)
