Payroll Manager - 6 month FTC - London - Hybrid - up to £60,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm, looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for the BAU payrolls, and is on a hybrid basis consisting of 2 days per week, based in their central London office.
The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Process, review and support the preparation of the monthly payrolls to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management for approval
* Entering monthly changes including: salary changes, allowances, overtime, recruitment awards, absence management including unpaid leave, maternity leave, commissions
* Calculating leavers payments and processing P45's
* Reconcile salaries held on the payroll system with those on the HR system to ensure these are correct for all individuals
* Reconcile and produce year-end reports
Key Skills:
* 5+ years of payroll experience
* Some experience with ex-pat/in-pat payrolls
* Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
* Excellent communication skills
