Job Title: Income Recovery Officer Location: Birmingham, Part time ( option to move to full time in the future) Basic Salary: £16,500 Per Annum(18 Hours Per Week) We are looking for an Income Recovery Officer for one of Birmingham's fastest growing Estate Agency firms. Job Responsibilities To control all outstanding rent arrears across our various portfolios To undertake all aspects of income and debt recovery casework in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring that action is prompt and appropriate utilising all avenues of recovery To control the service charge funds from lease holders across out various developments To prepare sales invoices owed for sales that have exchanged contracts or completed sales and then finally any adhoc invoices the business may release to suppliers - landlords for example maintenance jobs or compliance.. To registering debits on MCOL To prepare issuing letter before actions. To working with enforcement companies Knowledge & Experience Have experience in chasing debit via phone, email, text and in person Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
