What you’ll be doing
* Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for your dedicated accounts.
* Manage, support and develop account delivery teams.
* Achieve planned revenue, margin, and profit targets while ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
* Forecast weekly and monthly revenue to meet budgets and productivity goals.
* Innovate cost-saving processes and strategies for your clients.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate regular meetings.
* Identify and act on new opportunities within existing accounts.
* Ensure seamless communication across teams to drive customer satisfaction.
About you
* Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, ideally within the Public Sector.
* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster effective collaboration.
* A keen eye for detail, comfortable interpreting P&L accounts and financial metrics.
* High motivation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
* Ability to build and maintain rapport with diverse teams and clients.
