Responsibilities
The role is for a senior leader responsible for the technical aspects of a company's projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead and manage technical teams, oversee the construction lifecycle, and make key technical decisions.
Qualifications
* An educational background in Building Surveying (Chartership ideal but not required)
* Strong background working for construction/property consultancies
* Respectable stints in previous positions
