This is a varied and customer-facing role supporting both our retail counter and internal workshop operations. If you’ve worked in a main dealer or parts specialist environment and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Provide excellent customer service to trade, retail, and workshop clients Accurately identify, locate, and supply required parts using in-house systems Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the front counter Support the workshop by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply Maintain stock records and assist with regular inventory checks Process incoming deliveries and manage parts storage areas Assist with daily team targets and contribute to overall department success What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealership or recognised parts specialist (e.g., Euro Car Parts, GSF) 1 years' experience in the motor trade is preferred Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of parts identification tools and dealer systems Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities Team player with a proactive and flexible approach A full UK driving licence is preferred Why Join Jemca?
