Job Title: Event Coordinator - Associate
Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week)

Job Description
* Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Marketo and event management platforms is advantageous.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute various company events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and internal meetings.
* Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
* Handle invitations, attendee registration, event follow-up communications, and post-event deliverables.
