We are seeking a sales-first commercial leader to take ownership of revenue, margin and commercial delivery across the Group.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, accountability and results. It will suit a leader who stays close to customers, opportunities, sales performance and commercial decision-making, while driving standards through direct engagement and the teams they lead.
You will lead commercial delivery across multiple brands, customer sectors and channels, ensuring execution is disciplined, focused and delivered at pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Own Group revenue, margin and overall commercial performance
* Lead and develop high-performing sales, marketing and commercial teams
* Drive execution across direct and indirect channels, including trade and retail
* Improve sales productivity, conversion, pricing discipline and margin performance
* Align marketing activity with commercial priorities and measurable outcomes
* Use data, insight and technology to improve targeting, decision-making and performance
* Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and delivery
* Intervene quickly and decisively where performance is off track
What We’re Looking For
You are likely to be:
* A commercially driven, sales-led operator with a strong track record of delivery
* Highly performance-oriented and comfortable with accountability
* Practical, action-oriented and focused on execution
* Comfortable setting demanding standards and leading from the front
* Commercially numerate, resilient and credible with teams and customers alike
You must be able to demonstrate:
* Sustained sales and commercial performance
* Experience leading teams delivering material growth
* Accountability for revenue and margin outcomes
* Strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability
* Experience operating across multiple channels, customer segments or routes to market
* Practical use of data, analytics and modern tools to improve business performance
Sector experience is beneficial, but not essential. Commercial capability, leadership credibility and execution strength matter most.
