JGA Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading Technology services business to find a Payroll Administrator to join a collaborative, people-focused HR function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team and wants to gain exposure to International Payroll, working closely with the Payroll Manager.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end monthly UK payroll processing
* Month‑end and year‑end payroll activities, including P60s and reconciliations with HMRC
* Supporting payroll, pension, and benefits queries with a high level of professionalism and discretion
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a payroll‑focused role with 3-7 years+ experience.
* Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
* A proactive, service‑driven and detail‑oriented mindset
* Ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
