We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Hampshire, who are recruiting for an ER Partner on a temporary 3-month contract. The position is due to start early/mid June. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling ER casework independently, managing up to 5 live cases at one time, and be able to present findings whilst coaching line managers.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Provide high-level HR advice, support, and guidance to key stakeholders
2. Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absences
3. Apply HR policies, best practices, and employment law to support organisational objectives
4. Coach managers on recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance management
5. Maintain HR systems, ensure accurate reporting, and support policy writing projects where required
Experience required:
1. Experience working in the public sector
2. Experience coaching on ER
Skills, knowledge, and expertise required:
1. Enhanced DBS clearance
2. Access to own vehicle
3. Willingness to travel to sites as needed
Working hours:
1. 37 hours per week
2. Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm
3. Friday, 9am-4:30pm
