IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome Nightshift Sales & Sustainability Assistants, known internally as a Product Quality and Recovery Co‑worker. This nightshift role requires availability between 10 pm and 6 am.

What We Offer

* Hourly rate:£13.25
* Nightshift allowance:£2.25 per hour for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am
* Contract type: 18 or 24 hours per week, with every 4th weekend off

You should be motivated to problem‑solve and use your initiative daily, able to work enthusiastically with the team yet also independently.
What Youll Be Doing Day To Day
Re‑purpose, present and sell IKEA products with pride, setting attractive prices that achieve business results. Work closely with various functions in the unit to maintain common routines and processes related to product quality, safety and recovery. Support and implement product‑quality guidelines for recalled, returned and ex‑display stock to continually improve customer perception of IKEA products.
