As an ECT Primary Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support pupils’ academic, social, and personal development. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support pupils’ holistic development. Requirements for the role of ECT Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferable. Recent or upcoming Early Career Teacher experience. Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring young learners.
